By accessing OtakuVerse, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally permitted to use the service in your location. If local law requires parental consent, you must obtain it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account, the accuracy of your information and the security of your device and sign-in access. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for abuse.
4. Community content
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant OtakuVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, promote and improve the service. You must have the rights necessary to share your content.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use OtakuVerse for harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, child endangerment, threats, illegal activity, spam, fraud, malware, privacy violations, copyright infringement or attempts to disrupt the service.
6. Anime data and third-party material
Anime titles, images, trademarks and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. OtakuVerse respects those rights and responds to valid copyright concerns.
7. AI features
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete or fictional. They are provided for entertainment and general assistance, not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output and should not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.
8. Moderation
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repetition and user safety.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep OtakuVerse available, but features may be changed, interrupted or discontinued. AI and external-data features can be affected by third-party availability and rate limits.
10. Disclaimer
OtakuVerse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content or particular results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtakuVerse and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue access where reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
